Restoring your oral health is Bükal’s principal objective.  Treatments will always be rendered on the basis of your individual needs and desires.  We require payment at the time of service unless special arrangements have been previously made.  We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as debit cards (Interac) and cash.

Our team is happy to assist you with paperwork regarding dental insurance claims.  Unfortunately, we cannot promise that your insurance company will pay for your care, even when it is pre-authorized.  We will submit claims to your insurance company as a courtesy, but will not become involved in disputes between the insured and the insurance company.  We ask that you read your dental insurance policy to be sure that you are fully aware of any limitations of the benefits provided.  Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees.  You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the benefit coverage of procedure types and fees.  We cannot render treatments on the assumption that the charges will be paid by the insurance company.
